WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you are not 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase, all products can be returned for a full refund (excluding postage & transaction costs), providing the product is returned within 14 business days in original, brand new and unused condition.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LEATHER?
Each piece is pre-conditioned, but over time I recommend re-applying a natural conditioner to keep your leather soft and supple. It is a good idea to test in a hidden area first before using a new leather care product as some will change the colour/shade of the leather. As leather is a skin, it can mark if scratched or scraped, a damp cloth will help to rub out any marks. Although rare, some colour transfer of darker colour leathers can happen onto lighter colour clothes while your piece in new, this is not common but do keep in mind while you're first wearing in your product.
Hand crafting does take time, but with that comes tradition, unique style and my commitment to each and every piece, creating quality for you to enjoy, that will only get better with age.
